3. Hosting Services
Hosting services may be eligible for a limited refund period (if applicable). After the trial or initial period, no refunds will be provided for hosting plans.
4. Web Development & Custom Services
Payments made for web development, design, or custom IT solutions are non-refundable once the project has been started or completed.
5. Digital Products & Software
Due to the nature of digital products and software, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation of services before the project starts. Refund eligibility will depend on the work completed up to that point.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be issued via the original payment method.
